Welcome to Blooms on View, a small-scale specialty cut flower farm nestled in the rolling hills of Ocean View, Queensland.
We grow seasonal, sustainably and ethically grown flowers from spring through autumn, specialising in beautifully unique and hard-to-find varieties you won’t find at the supermarket or flower wholesaler.
Come and experience the farm for yourself with our seasonal on-farm workshops! From our popular ‘Build Your Own Bouquet’ experience, where you can wander the rows and pick your own blooms fresh from the field, to our educational Cut Flowers 101 workshop, there’s something for both flower lovers and aspiring growers. If you are looking to order a unique arrangement for yourself or a loved one, head on over to our Shop where you can order for pick up at a time that suits you!
We also create à la carte wedding flowers and special orders, perfect for those wanting beautiful, seasonal blooms without the commitment of a full-service florist. We can design your bouquets and arrangements for you, or you can opt for our affordable DIY flower buckets, ready for you to style yourself. Specialty fresh-cut flowers are also available for florists, businesses and creative projects.

Explore what we offer
Join us in the flower fields of Blooms on View! We hold on farm experiences where you will be able to wander the flower field (12 x 20m rows) and pick your own blooms to create a large seasonal flower arrangement. Please refer to our Events page for available dates and times - we’d love to have you along! If no dates are listed it is likely out of season, we typically run workshops from November - May.

Event details:
Snips and a large glass vase will be provided as well as a selection of ribbons to choose from. You will be provided guidance on suggested structure and elements of design that you can incorporate into your very own unique arrangement! The experience will last for ~1 hour. You are welcome to take photos in the field as well.
Please note flowers are seasonal in nature and all varieties may not be flowering at the time of your experience. I grow over 40 varieties of seasonal blooms so there will be plenty for you to get creative with!
• Access: Our address is 2299 Mount Mee Rd, Ocean View. The gate will be open on the day, please drive in and park immediately on the left. There will be signage on the day.
•The flower field is down the driveway and to the right. It is accessible via a grassed slope, so please wear appropriate footwear, and sun protection - there is no shade in the flower field.
• Facilities: There are no toilet facilities outside of the main house. Emergencies can of course be accommodated, but please keep this in mind before attending.
• Food & drinks: If you’d like snacks or drinks during the session, you are welcome to bring your own to enjoy!
Bookings are a must, no walk ins can be accommodated on the day.
In the event of bad weather, a full refund or a rescheduled date will be made available to you - your choice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations with >48 hours notice, a full refund will be issued.

Looking for that extra wow factor? Our Extra-Large arrangements are sure to deliver! Standing over 60cm tall, this breathtaking arrangement features fresh, field-cut seasonal blooms designed to brighten any space, or wow that special someone in your life! A glass vase is included to keep your blooms hydrated around the clock.
Please note these are only available from November-April due to seasonality.

For florists, brides to be, stylists and creatives wishing to make their own floral arrangements, we supply high quality buckets of seasonal blooms (~60 mixed stems) from November- April. These typically don’t fit in a single bucket so the name is misleading - two buckets of flowers are provided to ensure no blooms are squished! Available for pickup from 2299 Mount Mee Rd, Ocean View.

we are
Hi, I’m Danielle: Soil Scientist turned Flower Farmer and grower of these beautiful blooms! Together with my partner Brian, we own and run Blooms on View at our 26 acre farm in Ocean View, Queensland.
My love for agriculture began in childhood, nurtured by a deep appreciation for nature and animals. Today, running a sustainable flower farm is the realisation of a lifelong dream—one where I get to grow beauty from the soil and share the joy, colour, and wonder of flowers with others!
There’s something truly special about inviting people into the field to experience the magic of home grown flowers, and I feel incredibly grateful to combine my passion for farming with the art of growing and giving!
